After The Safe Room, here come to our second round. Paper Pepper is a newly open cafe which located at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling (previously De Yard Cafe), few shop away from Sip & Chew Cafe. Paper Pepper is a first future postcard concept in Penang, love all their postcard as it was draw by themselves! How creative they are.
